Job Title: Sales Support

Department: Sales Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team
at JB NewGen Enterprises. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative and operational
support to the Sales and Partner teams, ensuring seamless daily operations. You will be responsible
for assisting with documentation, business process management, and partner payout coordination,
along with managing grievance resolution. Additionally, you will ensure that daily MIS reports and
opportunity hygiene are maintained to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and Operational Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to
    Business Head, Sales Managers, and Channel Partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day
    operations, process flows and communication, so that all teams are aligned and informed of
    key developments, timelines, and requirements.

    Documentation Management: Assist with preparing, organising, and managing
    documentation related to Sales processes, contracts, and partner agreements. Ensure that all
    records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

    Business Process Management: Help manage and streamline business processes for the Sales
    and Partner teams, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standard operating procedures
    (SOPs). Provide support in process improvement initiatives.

    Monthly Partner Payout Coordination: Oversee and coordinate monthly partner payouts,
    ensuring timely and accurate processing. Act as the point of contact for any payout-related
    queries and issues, collaborating with the finance team as needed.

    Grievance Management: Address and resolve any partner grievances or concerns, ensuring
    that issues are handled promptly and effectively. Work to maintain strong relationships with
    partners backend team members while providing solutions to their challenges.

    Opportunity Hygiene, Sales Performance Tracking and daily MIS Reporting:
    Ensure the daily management of MIS reports, providing regular updates on sales activities,
    opportunities, and progress. Maintain the hygiene of opportunity data, ensuring that all
    opportunities are accurately reflected in the CRM and sales systems. Support the tracking of sales performance metrics, ensuring that data is up-to-date and accessible for sales teams and
    leadership.

    General Sales Support: Assist the sales team with ad-hoc tasks as required, including preparing
    presentations, coordinating meetings, and supporting the implementation of sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or operations role, ideally within a B2B
    sales environment. (Preferably from Telecom, CCaaS, SaaS, CPaaS or ISP industries experience)

    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    effectively.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally
    with both internal and external stakeholders.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and experience
    with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

    • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in relation to partner payout or grievance issues.

    • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate with 5 – 8 years experience working in a sales operations or partner support role
    within the technology, SaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, IT hardware or ISP industries.

    • Knowledge of business process management tools or methodologies.

    • Familiarity with financial processes and partner incentive programs.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible, proactive mindset.
