Job Title: Trainer and Technical Support Specialist – Sales & Channel Partners (CCaaS)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Trainer and Technical Support Specialist to empower
our sales teams and channel partner sales teams with in-depth knowledge of our CCaaS (Contact
Center as a Service), CPaaS, and cloud services products. This role will be responsible for delivering
continuous product training, ensuring teams understand the features, functionalities, and benefits of
the products, and are well-equipped to engage in customer discussions. The Trainer will also act as
the primary point of contact for any technical support or clarifications required by the partner sales
teams, with the overall goal of fostering a self-sufficient, high-performing sales force. Performance
will be measured by the number of deals closed by the partner sales teams independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Training & Enablement:
• Design and conduct training programs on CCaaS & CPaaS products, contact center
solutions, voice chatbots, and related technologies for both internal sales teams and
channel partner and their sales teams.
• Create and update training materials such as presentations, videos, case studies, and
product documentation to ensure teams have a comprehensive understanding of our
solutions.
• Develop a structured training schedule and ensure that channel partners regularly attend
training sessions to stay up-to-date on product enhancements and industry trends.
• Provide hands-on training sessions, including role-playing and scenario-based exercises, to
ensure teams are well-prepared to present and sell our products effectively.
• Ensure ongoing product knowledge updates are provided to sales teams as new features or
updates to the products are released.
• Organize train-the-trainer programs to help key partner team members become self
sufficient in training and onboarding their own teams.
2. Channel Partner Technical Support and Enablement:
• Primary point of contact for technical support & clarification for partner sales teams,
helping them address any product or solution-related questions during the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to remain up-to-date on product features,
enhancements, and issues that may arise in customer-facing scenarios.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a sales enablement, technical support, or training role, with a
strong background in CCaaS and CPaaS products, contact center technologies, chatbots, and
cloud-based solutions.
• Solid understanding of contact center solutions, including IVR, workforce management,
omnichannel communication, AI/voice chatbots, and cloud integrations.
• Proven experience in delivering training programs to sales teams and channel partners,
particularly in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex
technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Preferred Skills: Certifications or advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, contact center
platforms, or sales methodologies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Training effectiveness and partner engagement through metrics like course completion
rates, product adoption, and sales performance.
• Successful completion of training programs by channel partners and internal teams.
• Increase in product adoption and sales performance of channel partners following training.
• Reduction in reliance on internal teams for technical support by partner sales teams.
