Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist - Social Media Engagement

Job Summary:

 We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in managing
and creating compelling content for both individual management team members and company social
media profiles. This role will focus on crafting a balanced and strategic mix of content that highlights
technology, personal hobbies, leadership insights, industry news, and company achievements. The
goal is to increase follower engagement and brand visibility across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, etc., while positioning both individuals and the company as leaders in their
respective fields.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to maintain a strong presence
    across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

    • Create engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences, blending
    personal branding as thought leader for management team members with corporate
    branding for the company.

    • Balance content that speaks to technology, industry developments, personal hobbies,
    leadership philosophies, and company news to ensure both corporate and individual
    brand development.

    • Develop content calendars for individuals and company handles, ensuring a consistent
    and engaging presence.

2. Social Media Management & Engagement:

  •  Manage social media accounts for both the company and individual leadership profiles.

    • Optimize social media profiles to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

    • Monitor, analyse, and engage with followers to foster a community around the
    management team and company.

    • Utilise analytics tools to track social media performance, adjusting strategies to improve
    engagement rates, follower growth, and overall brand presence.

3. Brand Building & Thought Leadership:

  • Position management team members as thought leaders within their industry by
    creating and sharing content that showcases their expertise, leadership skills, and
    opinions on current trends.

    • Develop personal brands for management team members that align with their
    professional goals and resonate with their audience.

    • Promote company products and services, focusing on their competitive advantages and
    innovations in the market to attract new followers and leads.

4. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development,
    to align content strategies with business goals and key initiatives.

    • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure the production of high-quality
    visual content for social media.

5. Monitoring Industry Trends & Competitor Activities:

  • Stay updated on the latest industry news, technology trends, and best practices in digital
    marketing.

    • Monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations to enhance the company’s
    social media and content strategy.

6. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Regularly report on social media performance, providing insights into the effectiveness
    of strategies and suggesting areas for improvement.

    • Use data-driven insights to refine content and social media approaches to continually
    grow the brand’s online presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media
    management, or content creation. Proven experience in managing and growing social media
    accounts for both personal brands and corporate profiles.

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices (LinkedIn,
    Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

    • Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.

    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive
    engagement and brand growth.

    • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social,
    etc.).

    • Creative thinking with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across
    departments.

Preferred Skills:

  •  Experience in personal branding and thought leadership campaigns.

    • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.

    • Experience in paid social media advertising and campaigns.

    Understanding of the tech industry or related sectors.
