Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Partner Sales Manager to join our team at JB NewGen
Enterprises. The ideal candidate will work closely with channel partners and their teams to drive the
promotion and sales of CCaaS, CPaaS, Cloud and security solutions. As a Partner Sales Manager, you
will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, helping them
evaluate opportunities, and supporting them to effectively sell our products and services. You will also
ensure that our partners are well-trained, motivated, and equipped with the tools necessary to drive
growth and success for both the partner, our clients and JB NewGen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Performance: Ensure achievement of targets in terms or number of customers, count
    of new LOGO acquisition, revenue growth, and active partners. (Active partners who create
    qualified opportunities every month)

    Partner Engagement: Engage with channel partners and their team on regular basis, providing
    them with the necessary guidance to promote, sell to new LOGO and cross-selling additional
    products and services, creating new revenue opportunities for both the partners and the
    company.

    Opportunity Evaluation & Sales Enablement: Work closely with partners to identify business
    opportunities, evaluate leads, and help partners to close the order.

    Partner Training & Development: Ensure that partners are adequately trained and informed
    about the company’s products, solutions, and sales processes to empower them to sell
    successfully.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience in sales for minimum 3 to 5 years, preferably in a channel management
    or partner sales role.

    • Strong understanding of sales processes, opportunity evaluation, and account management.
    Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple partners and
    opportunities simultaneously.

    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with good communication skills.

    • Previous experience in the Telecom, IT Hardware and software, System Integration, contact
    center or cloud solutions industry.
